Maxim Kuznetsov

DevOps engineer and system architect with over 20 years of experience. If your server is on its last legs, I'm the one who will revive it.

Who am I

I'm not just a system administrator or a DevOps engineer. I'm the one who keeps your infrastructure in order when everything around is collapsing. I've been on first-name terms with Linux since 2002. I raised production from the ashes, automated manual hell on dozens of servers, implemented CI/CD when no one knew what the abbreviation stood for.

I'm an engineer who doesn't just write Ansible scripts, but thinks about stability, security, and scalability. They call me when others have run out of ideas.

Approach to work

No magic - only a systematic approach. My philosophy: if a task can be repeated, it should be automated. If something can fail, I foresee it and insure it. I am not afraid of legacy, I document it, refactor it and put it in order.

I work transparently, I keep a log of everything I do, I don’t break anything without a backup and I always think about rollback before pressing Enter.
